How many pots are cooking on the stove? What do you need to feel empowered—or to enter a new phase with your artistic operations?

Financial Infrastructure

What's your money model? How are your partners (commissioners, galleries, curators, advisors) managing the money you may make them? Do you need to seek out a financial advisor? What's the plan of action for organizing your earnings?

Career Pathway Mapping

Let's work through a single project within this 3-month window. Where is it landing? Where is it headed? What's the impact you project 1 year from its full execution?

Legacy Foundations

How are you archiving? Deleting? Depending on where you are in your career, what's your preservation process? Where are you in the life/death/life cycle? How do you imagine building out your legacy stewards—particular people, friends, curators? Do any institutions already have holding power?

  • Depth over breadth; we work on what's urgent and generative

The Practice

Ongoing partnership | 3-12 months | $800-1,000/month

For artists building infrastructure across multiple seasons, projects, and thresholds: artists who know they need a compass-holder for the long haul. We work through everything in The Opening, with sustained partnership as the container. Systems get tested, adjusted, deepened. Pricing strategies shift as your work matures. Career pathways expand as opportunities emerge. Legacy plans evolve as you do.

When inside the messy middle — between identities, project, and versions of your practice — we remain present. We don’t rush the death. We don’t force the rebirth.

The structure:

  • Monthly 90-minute sessions

  • Quarterly half-day intensives (3-4 hours for strategic recalibration, big-picture visioning, 1-year outlook work)

  • Ongoing async support (voice memos, email)

  • Network and introductions as appropriate

  • Focus adjusts each quarter based on where your practice is moving

Investment: $800-1,000/month (3-month minimum commitment, up to 12 months)
